All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The only exceptions are the following items:
Cards and stickers will ship with a flat fee of $1 for domestic orders within the United States.
Magnets will ship with a flat fee of $3 for domestic orders within the United States.
International shipping is available and will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
If you do not feel comfortable coming into the store to pick up your items, please call the store at 602-256-6233 upon arrival. There is usually street parking available in front of the store and we will gladly bring your items out to you.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11-7 Monday-Saturday and 11-4 on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
